Position Title:  Program Manager Classification:  Direct Care Full-time Male (Room & board)  Need a Minimum One Year Commitment Starting Date: Sept. 1, 2018   Working and ministering to Adults 18-65 Reports to: Executive Director ~ Our mission is to assist men and women who struggle with life-controlling problems become emotionally balanced, mentally sound, socially adjusted, physically well, but the most of all become spiritually alive by cultivating a relationship with Jesus Christ. ~ Program Operations: Support the Executive Director in sustaining a healthy culture on campus (corporate mission, vision, values, spiritual vitality, student covenant) and ensure the effective operations of the program through sound management and problem-solving. Promote corporate mission, vision, values, spiritual vitality, student covenant Submit monthly report to TC accreditation services Encourage participation in Emerging Leaders Program Participate in weekly chapel services  Leadership in prayer meetings Create program schedule Handing out monthly progress reports to house managers Petty cash purchases Log maps into my TC Send monthly reports to probation officers and maintain communication with any legal system representatives Keep student tracker and official documents up to date and accurate Staff Management: Coordinate and support the staff team in the ministry to students and families and in the effective execution of the program. Staff schedules Staff meeting Key reports meeting Time cards accountability Oversight of Family Communication: Stay apprised of student and family progress ensuring the team is addressing the issues and communicating with families Student progress reports conducted, reviewed with students and communicated with parents Ensure counselor maintains timely communication on student discipline concerns Procurement of Resources: Develop a pool of vendors and “gift in kind” resources to meet the ongoing needs and maintenance of the center Food Supplies Appliances Repairs We are looking for those that are devoted, hungry, thirsty, spirit-filled men or women of God to partner with SVTC to “Eliminate Addiction in the Valley.” We desire to see people not only set free from the bondage of addiction but also encounter the love of Jesus Christ, become son's and daughter’s of the Heavenly Father and receive family restoration. We believe that you have exactly what it takes to help us create a culture and cultivate an atmosphere that will produce this kind of fruit for the glory of God. We also have a weekly community chapel service and take choir out to minister in different churches each week. There are many opportunities to lead worship for those that excel in that area. Musical ability is not a requirement for the job.  This position includes the starting salary plus room and board on the campus. The position is best suited for a single male that can live on site with the Men's Program.
