 Catch The Fire DFW is a new congregation that launched in April of 2014 in the mid-cities area of Dallas / Fort Worth. We are part of a family of churches and ministries worldwide birthed as a result of the powerful revival that began in Toronto in 1994. Our church places a high value on Spirit led, expressive corporate worship and is seeking a part time Worship Pastor to continue leading and shepherding our congregation in loving God through worship music and the arts.
The right candidate should have a love for corporate worship, a passion for discipleship and excellent skills musically. We believe strongly in the release of prophetic and spontaneous worship through the leading of the Holy Spirit in our worship services. The right candidate should be willing to lead in this kind of experience and be open to growth in this area. We desire to cultivate an atmosphere in worship that brings balance to both expressions of joyful celebration and deep intimacy. The right candidate should be someone who also is able to shepherd and grow our volunteer team of musicians and vocalists and is willing to bring vision and be a positive leader within our church and leadership team.

Job Requirements:
-Highly skilled musician & vocalist with a minimum of 5 years musical experience. Must be able to play either guitar or keyboard at a level sufficient to lead a band and congregation with confidence.
-Experience in leading corporate worship gatherings.
-Able to raise up, train and equip volunteers. Working with musicians & tech arts teams ranging in skill sets from professionals to beginners.
-Willing to disciple appropriate worship team members and other church attenders.
-Able to work collaboratively & contribute to a team environment with the CTF DFW Leadership Team.
-Able to manage and execute administrative tasks such as scheduling, communication, budgeting and event planning.
- Willing to work with Senior Leader and Staff to offer vision to continue building a passionate, vibrant and Spirit led culture of worship.

- Able to disciple, encourage and work with volunteers and church members
